For our enthusiastic team we are looking for a driven Customer Service Representative who wants to give every VINVI customer a great experience.

What will you be doing?
As a customer service representative at VINVI, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You make sure every customer question is answered quickly and professionally. From answering questions about products to handling orders and returns, you deliver service with a smile!

Your tasks include:

- Answering customer questions by email, phone and chat

- Advising customers on products and orders

- Handling complaints and return requests

- Keeping customer information and order statuses up to date

- Actively thinking along about ways to improve our customer service

Who are you?

- You have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
